2. collection of personal data when visiting our website
This website can only be used for information purposes. It is not possible to register and no cookies are used.
3. server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP addresses
This data is not merged with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website - for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
Log file information is stored for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes is excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.
4. objection or revocation against the processing of your data
Since this website can only be used for information purposes (see 2), no consent to the processing of personal data is required. Revocation is therefore invalid. Of course, you can object to the processing of your personal data (see 3) at any time
5. your rights
You have the following rights vis-à-vis us within the framework of the applicable legal provisions with regard to the personal data concerning you:
- Right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient as well as the purpose of the data processing,
- Right to rectification or erasure,
- Right to restriction of processing,
- Right to object to the processing,
- Right to data portability.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
6. what to do about links to other websites?
Our website contains links to third party websites or to other websites under my responsibility. If you follow a link to any of these websites (which are outside my responsibility), please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that I do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these privacy policies before you voluntarily submit any personal data to these websites.
External links are marked with this symbol:
Data is only transferred to the link destination when you click on an external link. This is technically necessary due to the protocol on which the Internet is based (TCP/IP = Transfer Control Protocol + IP = Internet Protocol). The data transferred is the information mentioned under 3.
Individual links may involve data transfer to countries outside Europe. As a result, it is possible that foreign third parties, authorities or secret services may receive connection data. If you do not want the data mentioned to be transferred to the link destination or to the third parties mentioned or to be accessed by others, do not click on the link.
7 Enquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested.
The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.
